My family loves to sip masala chai whenever feels celebrated on small things. The best part of it that this masala can be used to stir with plain warm milk or chilled lassi.. Wherever you feel so. Rather than elaborating more, I think it’s gud to share the recipe here.
It will be gud if you prepare this masala in small quantities because in this way you can regulate fresh ones.
This recipe yields 50 gms of masala powder.
10 gms each of whole cloves, cinnamon, ginger powder, black pepper and green cardamom.
Add 1/2 tsp for a cup of tea or according to your taste.
When the tea is ready to strain, add this masala so that coarse pieces are strained off in strainer.
