Today I have come up with this JHATKA’s recipe😄. A kick of chatpata tint while having simple dal rice. You can make this and store it for 15-17 days in refrigerator. So it could be your best accompaniment when coming back from a short excursion or market or still tired or lazy feeling at home, in a mood of no cooking sabjis. Just make daal chawal, add ghee and this jhatka to add taste to your meal.
It’s very simple recipe. This recipe yields 250 gms of jhatka. MAKE FRESH AND EAT FRESH.
25 green chopped chillies
30 chopped garlic cloves
100 gms dry roasted, peeled and crushed peanuts
1/4th cup any oil ( I have used mustard oil )
Salt as per taste
Put a skillet on the gas stove. Add oil and heat it. Add green chillies. Sauté for 20 seconds.
Add garlic. Again sauté for 20 seconds.
Add crushed peanuts and salt. Sauté for 20-30 seconds or till crispy.
JHATKA is ready😊!!!! So simple but dhamakedaar while having😄.
