Hi all😊,Who will put on these pair of shoes??😄
This year Cinderella will wear this on Christmas😃.
Had some homemade savioardis in freezer and store bought wafer sticks too. Made some vanilla cupcakes for my son’s tiffin. Thought to do some creativity.
Many time saw these pairs on my wall. So it was in my mind to make them. Finally got the chance.
This recipe yields 10 big sized cupcakes.
1 cup APF or maida
2 tbsp cornflour
3/4 cup icing sugar
2 eggs separated at room temperature
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp any light oil ( I have used olive oil)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey ( it gives very moist texture to your cake)
2 tbsp milk at room temperature
This recipe yields 1+1/2 cup of white chocolate buttercream icing.
100 gms salted butter (I have used amul)
150 gms white chocolate chips ( however I have used the Morde slab)
Preheat oven at 180° centigrade for 10 minutes.
Grease your cup cake liners and keep it aside.
Take egg yolks and sugar in a bowl. Mix them with hand mixer at high speed for 4-5 minutes until pale yellow and of thick consistency. Add honey, essence, oil and milk. Mix well.
Now sieve flours and baking powder. Keep it aside.
Take egg whites and make a meringue.
Now mix meringue into the flour mix. Just fold them gently.
Now fill your liners upto 3/4 of the capacity. Bake at 180° centigrade for 8-10 minutes. Timing may vary in different ovens. Keep an eagle eye☺️. No need to make them brown. As soon as your cake tester comes out clean, take the tray out. Let them cool on wire rack completely.
Melt chocolate and butter together in microwave. Refrigerate till cold not chilled. Now take it out and whip with hand mixer at medium speed till fluffy. Add colour in between.
Ready to do the icing.
First of all make roses on your cupcakes with closed star nozzle. Sprinkle some golden sugar bits and stars for deco. Place it on your serving tray.
Now do the icing on your savioardis.
Insert into your cake. At the same moment insert wafer stick for heels.
Serve and get appreciated and lots of applause.😀
