Kulfi aka Desi Ice-Cream😋😋!!!
Remember the childhood days.. Tan tan of kulfi wala and we all used to run behind him.. Can never forget those summer sunny kulfi days😍😍.

Recipe is very easy and effortless. Flavours you can choose according to your taste.
This recipe yields 3 big sized kulfi.
750 ml full cream milk
200 gms condensed milk or milkmaid
2-3 tbsp sugar ( I haven’t used because condensed milk has lots of sugar in it and so it was perfect for me)
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp saffron strands
5-6 tbsp chopped pistachios
Few saffron strands to garnish
Take a non stick pan. Place it on the gas stove on high flame.
Pour milk into the pan and let it boil once. Now minimise the flame to medium and let the milk boil till it reaches half of its original volume.
Now add condensed milk and saffron strands. Keep on stirring till you get rabri type consistency. Add cardamom powder and pistachios. Let it cool at room temperature.
Now take kulfi moulds. Pour the loose kulfi into moulds and set them in freezer for 5-6 hours.
Once set, wash the moulds under running tap and roll the mould vertically between your palms. Unmould and serve with sprinkled saffron strands.
