Hello all🙋🏻,

Feeling the heat?? 😄… Of course 😅!!!

Have some icecream leftove in your freezer and any kind of chocolate??? That’s it.. Don’t worry about bubbles in the given pic. Those are due to rice crispies which is an additional ingredient and easily can be removed or replaced by some other ingredients like crushed chocos or corn flakes or rochers or anything or nothing🤗.

Concoction of all the given ingredients give a new form of icecream to serve your kids or guest or you can munch even in your kitchen break.. HAVE A BREAK HAVE A MUNCHKIN 😋😋.

Actually munchkins is a term referring baby donuts🍩. In the same way I thought of giving this name to my baby icecream cubes too.

To make this you have to be very very quick as I was just able to make 10 munchkins in one shot. Icecream started melting🙄. So do make in batches for larger quantities. However in winters you can make more easily.

This recipe yields 10-12 munchkins.

250 gms of icecream .. Flavour of your choice. I had homemade butterscotch and sweetcorn flavoured.

200 gms dark chocolate

4-5 tbsp of rice crispies

Transfer your ice cream in a small rectangle or square tray. Level and keep it in the freezer for 5-6 hours until frozen hard.

After the icecream is chilled.. Just check and keep it back in the freezer.

Prepare your tray now. Cover it fully with the butter paper or cling film or aluminium foil.

Now melt your chocolate on a double boiler or microwave it for 1 minute and 30 seconds. But stir after every 30 seconds. Timing can be slightly approximate according to the power of your microwave.

When chocolate is fully melted, add rice crispies into it. Leave it aside.

Take out your icecream and cut in cubes with a very sharp knife. With the help of a fork, dip one cube and roll into chocolate so that your icecream cube gets fully wrapped with the chocolate. Place it on the tray you prepared. Repeat the same for all cubes. Place the tray in your freezer.

Start popping after 10 minutes 😋😋.
