BRAZILIAN CHEESY BREAD POPS

Hi all🙋🏻,

Baked 3 batches of these cheesy bread pops. You can have this at anytime of your day and I bet you can’t stop popping them 😋.

Simple bread recipe with no yeast and no baking powder. Of course I have used eggs to fluff them up. But vegetarians 📢.. Don’t worry!! You can use baking powder for raise. Have mentioned in the recipe below. Ingredients are very basic which are anytime available in your kitchen. It is one pot process to assemble and mix the ingredients. So easy it is. These are not chewy at all like other breads. Baking is done in mini muffin pan but you can use the regular ones too.

I am just enjoying this warm with different toppings…. Cream cheese and grated ones, pancake syrup, ganache, herbed butter etc etc. It is best accompanied with evening tea too.

Let’s come to the recipe which yields 25 mini pops.

INGREDIENTS:

1 large or 2 small eggs.. For vegetarian pops, use 1.1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup grated processed cheese

For spices add 1 tbsp chilli flakes, 1 tbsp Italian herbs and 1 tbsp cheddar cheese seasoning. Here you can skip the spices as per your choice.

2/3 cup milk

1/3 cup olive oil

1.5 cups APF

1 tsp salt

METHOD:

Preheat oven at 200° c.

Grease the mould with olive oil.

Take all the ingredients in a blender and blend well until incorporated well.

Now fill the moulds with batter till 3/4.

Place the tray in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until done. You can check by inserting a tester, if they are done or not. If the tester comes out clean, they are done.

Take the tray out and demould immediately. Bake the second batch. Or you can store the batter and bake later on if you wish so.

Now enjoy them .. However you wish😄.

KEEP COOKING☺️👍🏻!!!
