BROKEN WHEAT PORRIDGE

Relish this broken wheat porridge with our today’s themed breakfast course😋😋

BROKEN WHEAT PORRIDGE TOPPED WITH DRIED KIWI, DRIED FIGS, CASHEWS, PUMPKIN SEEDS 🇮🇳

INGREDIENTS:

5 tbsp broken wheat

400 ml cow’s milk

4 tsp honey.. you can minimise or maximise as per your taste

1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Few nuts to garnish

METHOD:

Take milk in a saucepan.

Give a boil and switch the flame to lowest.

Add broken wheat. Stir and boil at minimum flame for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.

Add cardamom powder. Stir well.

Transfer to the serving dish and garnish with few nuts.
