Happy women’s day to all… but always remember as der is a woman behind every successful man.. and so it’s vice versa.

Made this dessert on this special day..lots of childhood stories and memories behind this.

This is actually boondi kheer. A very famous dessert of Bihar. And believe me it’s actually mouth melting. We cousins used to fight like anything for this during our summer vacation meet ups.

So here’s the detailed recipe of my piece of memory.

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

250 gm readymade sized store bought mithi boondi

1 ltr full cream milk

3 tbsp sugar

3 tbsp finely chopped pieces of dry coconut

METHOD:

Take milk in a deep vessel and place it on the gas stove at high flame. Keep stirring and give a boil.

Now switch the flame to minimum and let the milk reduced by 30-40%. Add sugar and let the milk boil for 5 minutes more.

Add boondi and coconut pieces. Give only a boil. Switch off the flame and let it cool completely.

Now transfer the bowl in refrigerator and let it get chilled.

Serve as a dessert to yourself first😜😋😋😋😋.
